I have been too many car dealerships in my life, but never received such tremendously outstanding customer service as I have at Milton Ford. I needed tires on my Lincoln MKC in a hurry.I contacted all tire shops in Milton, and none could get me tires until next week. I contacted Kristen Bettio at Milton Ford Lincoln , and let her know what my dilemma was. She quickly and efficiently was able to not only get the tires I was requesting, but to have them installed on the same day . This dealership is the best of the best. I am an extremely picky individual ,and Milton Ford Lincoln went above and beyond. After the work was complete, my vehicle was cleaned complimentary bottle of Lincoln branded water in my cup holder along with hand sanitizer. That's the Lincoln experience. One last thing, I had swirl marks on the hood of my black MKC, and to my surprise they actually remove them for me at no charge! Kristen Bettio is the best service advisor that I have ever met and have the pleasure of working with.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service at Milton Ford! I recently took my Ford Mustang to Milton Ford because I had lost my wheel lock key and needed the tire locks removed. I was initially quoted around $150 for the job, so I was prepared for that expense. To my pleasant surprise, within about 10 minutes, the service team came back and told me that all the wheel locks had been successfully removed — and there would be no charge at all! I was genuinely shocked, not only by the quick turnaround time but also by the fact that they completed the work free of charge. It's rare to come across this level of honesty, customer care, and professionalism these days. This small gesture truly made my day and made me feel valued as a customer. A big thank you to the entire team at Milton Ford for going above and beyond. You've definitely earned my trust and future business! Highly recommend! 👏🚗👏

Phenomenal service from Edward in the Service Department at Milton Ford. It seemed like a very busy day, but he was incredibly helpful and got me in and out quickly for my oil change. He even offered me a shuttle home, which I appreciated. What stood out most was that he personally came to the waiting area to keep me updated on the timing of my vehicle. Super friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole experience. Honestly one of the best dealerships ever! I had to get my car checked out and came straight from the gym. The Ford dealership arranged a shuttle for us to a nearby diner while the vehicle was being serviced, and once we were done eating, they even picked us back up.
