I had no issues with any of my service experience. It was excellent as always.

The brake work was performed on the day I took car in for its regular servicing and winter tire change.It did take a little longer than was hoped for but all in all I was pleased with the result.
I phoned another dealer for service and was told they could get my vehicle in for recall from Ford in 14 days. I then call Gallinger Motors and was told they could do the work on monday. which was in 3 days. I dropped vehicle off sunday evening and was phoned monday afternoon it was fixed and ready and could pick it up anytime.I am very please and will be taking my vehicle here for all my vehicle services.
we sought out this dealership because they had the vehicle we wanted, so ti was an easy sell for them and pretty simple process.dont know much about the dealership as we have only been there twice, but they seem nice.
The 2018 Escape is the fifth vehicle purchased from Gallinger Ford by me and other family members. I am entirely satisfied with the excellent treatment I received during the sales experience. I should also point out that we have been entirely satisfied with Gallinger Ford’s service department over the years.

Stan is the BEST! He is always most helpful and friendly. My car was in for the week last time it was there and I popped back in and he wasn’t there and I spoke with a new advisor (female), she was very rude and dismissive. She pretty much didn’t want to deal with me and got someone from the back to come talk to me and he was also very dismissive and rude. I was VERY happy when Stan was back in as he understands my loyalty and commitment to FORD and GALLINGER as I have bought 3 Focus’s there in the past ~year. Joe is also super to deal with when Stan is not there but unfortunately he was helping another customer the day I popped in. The “young” girl has treated me poorly 2 times and I will no longer deal with her. She should not be in a customer service type role.
all went great, once we took over ownership of our new Escape we realized that you should never do a walk around at dusk as next morning we discovered a slight dent to passenger door. As we only drove 2 km home we knew it had to have been there when we did our walk around. Called Tony our salesman and he had the body guy do repair asap. The service was great and we did figure out that perhaps the big 0% on interest that was displayed on the passenger door may have allowed us when we took car out for test drive not to see this. All was solved seamlessly and we are extremely happy with our purchase.

The sales staff took the time to explain different options available to me regarding vehicle features. After the vehicle and its options were determined, I was given the opportunity to sit in the truck I requested and test drive it. The interactions I had with all members of the dealership, sales, marketing, financing, and clerical were very professional and easy to speak with. There was no pressure to purchase or commit and the conversations regarding vehicle specifics and financing were easy to understand. I can’t think of any interaction during the process, walking into the dealership to driving away with a new truck, that was negative. Keep up the good work.

It seems they lost my appointment that I made over the phone but were able to fit me in. The service did take quite long as a result though.

Since we were under pressure for time, the agreement of sale, time of pickup and delivery was done very efficiently and timely. We have known Rob Ferrant for many years, and have bought several cars from him. We have always found him very personable, helpful and knowledgeable.
Suggestions: That would be nice if you take customers to a room and talk to them there rather than standing in front desk without any chair and talk to them in front of others.

Brian Goodwin, the sales person who sold us our last 5 cars at Gallinger had retired as I had. I was very worried about breaking in a new sales person and buying a car on a pension. I needn’t have worried, Ray Dunbar and I got along very well. My wife and I are delighted with the new car and the way Gallinger treated its old customer.

I thought about buying something other than a Ford. I went to a GM dealer and a Chrysler dealership and then I came back to Ford because I believed that is where I would get the best deal. Scott was a breath of fresh air. He was honest and straight forward. He helped me to get the car I wanted without any pressure to buy something I didn’t need. I am telling friends and family to ask for Scott.
Timeliness was excellent, but it took a few minutes to find my vehicle in their lot after the service was done, as I wasn’t told it was in the back of their property.
Scott was our rep. He was excellent to deal with. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.

This is our third vehicle purchase from Gallinger Ford and we have had the utmost pleasure of working with Rob Ferrant on each occasion. I spent a considerable amount of time with Rob and deciding which vehicle would best suit my needs and budget and Rob was very gracious. Not once did I feel pressured to go ahead with the purchase, if I wasn’t 100% sure. Rob listens to his customer’s wants and needs and will always strive to get them what they want and presents the facts in a clear and concise manner. Rob is very knowledgeable about Ford products, services and the motor vehicle industry in general. It’s because of Rob’s professionalism, excellent interpersonal skills and down to earth aire that we keep coming back to Ford and specifically, Gallinger’s. The financing experience went just as smooth. Katherine recently returned from maternity leave and hit the ground running. She was up to speed on the extended warranty offers and recommended solutions to suit my needs and budget. Professional, accommodating, listens to customers and works to meet the customer’s expectation. What could have been improved? Nothing at all.
My sales person Ray Dunbar took the time to explain all the new features of the car. He answered all questions so I fully understood what I needed to do. He welcomed me back any time if I had questions about features I may have a problem with. As there are many new features which can programmed. I love this new Fusion sport and my co-workers also comment on the look and features of my car.
I’ve been a customer of Gallinger Ford since the mid 1980’s. I have absolutely no reason to shop anywhere else. I’ve always been treated with courtesy and respect. The sales staff is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Vehicle was delivered 2 weeks prior to the expected dealer arrival date. Everything from the dealer standpoint was performed on a timely basis. I would not hesitate to recommend Gallinger Ford to any prospective buyer.

I was dealing with Stan at Gallinger when I came in for the service. He was fantastic in understanding not only the need of the car and what repair it needed but also understanding the plight of the customer. It entailed at least 5 hours or work, and as I had driven into the dealership all the way from Mississauga, I had no choice but to wait at the showroom till the work was done. I never mentioned it to him as that being a problem, but Stan went out of his way to get me a loaner car for the time it took for the repair so that I could go about my day getting my other stuff done and not waste my day waiting on them. And after it all, they delivered the car 30 mins prior to when they said it would be done. It is this kind of customer service that will keep me a customer of Gallinger for life. Keep up the great work guys, you’ll are awesome.

Lady at the desk was friendly and helpful. She did a great job from start to finish. Waiting area’s tv volume was a little loud and the remote wasn’t around. Not a huge deal, but getting the car backed washed makes a huge difference. It really makes one feel as if they’re car was treated with care. I owned a Mercedes prior to getting a Ford and although all other aspect at the dealership are better, the clean car after service always made an impact on me. Food for thought.

Upon arrival the wait time was very long just to get to the service advisor. There were at least 8 people coming in all at once that morning.
We haven’t done too much with the Escape other than pick up floor mats that were missing when we picked the car up. Everyone is pleasant and have no negative comments.
Nothing great help they know how long it will take and always offer me a ride home or I can wait they inform on everything I got all my cars from them and I always will. Couldn’t ask for a better place

more follow up should be made in case something go wrong. there was a time when I needed the trunk cable replaced. someone told me they would order a new one and got the old one replaced; and they would call me to schedule the service time when the order is complete. However, this had never happened after 2 month until I called to check if the order had arrived. I was surprised that the order hadn’t been made at all. what satisfied me is the part department answered my request quickly and got the order done within a week and scheduled to get the cable replaced.

I brought my car in for an oil change and to have my information put into the system in the event there are any recalls. Making an appointment was easy and the time I requested was available. Upon arrival, the staff were friendly and helpful and the shuttle was convent and available immediately. Overall, I was completely content with my experience and I would return. I just wanted to note that I choose the “neither agree not disagree” option as I felt the questions were a bit too in depth for the service I received.

The staff work as a team. I know them and they know me. I like that. They are polite to me and they are polite to everyone. They also work hard and they work quickly. Also, if nobody is at the service desk every passing employee will stop and ask if I am being assisted. Usually the service rep. has run off to get me something. This is a top notch dealership.

Purchased vehicle at this location which included oil changes for 1st year. Good service at a reasonable price level. Factory trained technicians and competent service manager. Hopefully, this vehicle was well made and will only require routine scheduled maintenance.

When I bought the car and discussed service I explained that although I am of senior age this is the first car I have chosen, my first new car, and I am excited.I love my little red sports car! :-)However in the past my husband did all the work required for our cars but he is no longer able and I will be relying on you for service. He promised me there would be no problem for me at all. I have received excellent care and I was not “cheated” on anything! The staff are excellent and I have broadcast this message far and wide. I fo;;ow the required care. I get calls when work is due and I watch the window sticker. I got my winter tires promptly and when I knew I would have to move I used the “tire motel” and had quite a laugh at how well that went! Knowing how many women have been treated in regards to cars I feel blessed. My son in law recommended I buy there and I am also pleased with him, (although he was talking best price)
have dealt with gallinger ford for 24 years. have bought many cars thru them due to service and delivery of desired vehicles. service center is getting more reasonable in pricing compared to other auto service establishments. however need to get vehicle back asap to customer not all service takes a full day.

Gallinger Ford is most accommodating and helpful. I am always greeted in a friendly manner and my needs are well looked after. When paying for my service call, the lady at the front desk is always very pleasant. I do not mind waiting for my vehicle when they are doing an oil change as they are very timely and there is a nice area in the dealership where I am comfortable waiting.

I have dealt with Gallinger Motors since 1974 both for service and purchase of our vehicles:I have never experienced any problem issues with the Gallingers or their staff members in all of these years. Notwithstanding the substantial growth in the area Gallinger Motors has continued to provide “small town” service(that is a good thing!).

The only comment is that unlike previous experience with Toyota & Nissan service is that Ford do not wash the car. That being said, I would fully recommend Ford & Gallinger Motors

Before l bought my first ever Ford l always drove a GM product. l sure found a big difference in the cars as well as the people that work at Gallingers. This is our first Ford, having always owned Honda or Hyundai, we were impressed with the drive, features, and value of the Escape. Tony was excellent and helped us make this big decision. My lower rating under delivery is only because snow tires were not in stock, but this was not a serious concern for us, we got them in a timely manner. Otherwise, Gallinger was first rate.

Our sales experience was completely satisfactory, I would only have one suggestion for the ford design, that a handle be included in the design a handle be placed on the roof of the vehicle for handicapped and aging individual to assisting them getting in the vehicle. the handle on the post is excellent for the right hand however need an extra one for the left hand. we are enjoying our new vehicle.

We were completely satisfied with the excellent service that we always receive at Gallinger Motors. We also have an older Ford Focus which we take to Gallinger Motors for maintenance. The entire staff is always cheerful and explain everything that is required to be done. After the service is completed, we always get a follow up phone call to make sure that we were happy with the service and / or repairs. When we went there to purchase our new car. Rob listened to our concerns, as we were unsure whether to go new or used. After Rob Farrant pointed out the slight difference in price and showed us the new vehicle (Ford Fiesta), we decided to purchase the new car. He took his time and showed us all of the features of the car and answered all of our questions. Letting us know that if we had any more questions after the purchase that we could easily go back and he would be happy to assist us. Richard Nelson took care of the financial end. He was very courteous as well and went over all of the warranties and other options that Ford has available. No pressure at all. He allowed me to test drive the 2 vehicles I was interested in. I had a very hard time making a decision between the Focus (which I bought) or the C-Max. It basically came down to colour. If the C-Max was available in race red, I probably would have bought the C-Max.

I went to two different Ford Dealerships, one 20 minutes away and one 3 minutes away, Galinger being the 20 minutes one away. They professionalism, and helpfulness of the Sales Rep was absolutely spectacular. I had heard negative things about Ford from people I know, but decided to give it a try anyways. Looking more into it, I found that the reputation was exclusively from Concept Ford(the 3 minute one away). So between that and the amazing Sales person I had, I didn’t have any second thoughts towards going to Galinger for my car.

Kevin was great, Im still looking at following this purchase with another one, and nothing happened in the process that would stop me from getting the second car from him as well. I appreciated that if he didnt know the answer to a question he didnt fake it, but said I dont know and found someone that did so I Was completely informed when I signed the dotted line. I didnt care on brand of car, I bought a ford because the dealer came across as having a higher standard of integrity then the others I visited.

There was a problem with the paint in a couple of areas, which was from the manufacturing of the vehicle. Our sales person was excellent in making the problem right.

We purchased the vehicle at Gallagher Motors because we appreciated the efforts of Dave Cross, the salesman. When we first met Dave, we told him that we had just started looking and did not know what type of vehicle we wanted. We only went to the Milton Ford dealer because our daughters live in Milton. Dave was very courteous and spent time with us to explain options, etc. Dave followed up on all of our questions. He treated us as if he cared about selling us a car that would be a good fit for us. We would recommend Dave to anyone we know that may be looking for a new car. If we had not met Dave, we likely would not have purchased a Ford as we were very disappointed in the way we were treated at the Ford location on Erin Mills Pkwy / Battleford Rd. in Mississauga by a salesman.
