I have been too many car dealerships in my life, but never received such tremendously outstanding customer service as I have at Milton Ford. I needed tires on my Lincoln MKC in a hurry.I contacted all tire shops in Milton, and none could get me tires until next week. I contacted Kristen Bettio at Milton Ford Lincoln , and let her know what my dilemma was. She quickly and efficiently was able to not only get the tires I was requesting, but to have them installed on the same day . This dealership is the best of the best. I am an extremely picky individual ,and Milton Ford Lincoln went above and beyond. After the work was complete, my vehicle was cleaned complimentary bottle of Lincoln branded water in my cup holder along with hand sanitizer. That's the Lincoln experience. One last thing, I had swirl marks on the hood of my black MKC, and to my surprise they actually remove them for me at no charge! Kristen Bettio is the best service advisor that I have ever met and have the pleasure of working with.

I had a very bad experience at this location, We went in to check out the ford F150 and our sales rep Steve was absolutely unknowledgeable, I was asking questions about the differences between the trims and they way he answers is very un clear he seemed that he doesn’t have an interest selling the vehicle and don’t know the differences between the trims and also not interested in explaining, they also had the xlt model on blow out sale for lease for 132$ a week plus hst with 1995$ down payment i asked him about this deal and i was told the downpayment is 5800$ and when i showed him the ad that says 1995$ downpayment he was like no the downpayment is 5800$ absolute false advertisement just to drive people in be careful and donaccurate calculations when you are buying a vehicle from this location the structure that they have is tricking people with advertising low weekly payments but with asking a huge downpayment at the beginning this is not a deal it’s manipulation also not respecting the advertising
