I love my new truck.
- My sales rep was very good to work with during the entire sale process. The main reason why I came back to Milton Ford to purchase my vehicle.
However I was disappointed that certain features were not included in the truck while going from an XLT to a Lariat. Something that my XLT had and not my new Lariat. Something that I did not even think to ask since all my trucks had the feature.
- This situation took away any joy a customer should have after purchasing a new vehicle and going into an upgraded model. Although my sales rep attempted to reach out to try to help me I was not satisfied with his solution. I have tried to communicate after with him and have not heard back.
- Still waiting for warranty documents that were promised for extra services paid for.

Love my Truck but not excited about it!!!

I had very bad experience with Milton Ford Service department while I am an old permanent client and bought Ford cars several times. They installed Main drive belt without checking broken alternator and charged me 396.40 for part and labor. Belt broke again in next couple of hours. I brought the car back to them and now they said the car need a new alternator. Actually they did not check the broken alternator before installing a new belt on it. Instead of refunding me 396.40 they gave me a brand new belt because I told them that I will fix this problem through a outside auto shop. Outside auto shop replaced the alternator and new belt on very nominal price. As per outside mechanic the belt given by Milton Ford was not proper. I took the belt to Milton Ford but they refused to refund me and also did not allow me to see the service manager on duty. I need my 396.40 back from them because they charged me for nothing. I strongly suggest people to be careful while dealing with Milton Ford service department.
