Great Dealership. Mr Rohan is a great guy.

I have been too many car dealerships in my life, but never received such tremendously outstanding customer service as I have at Milton Ford. I needed tires on my Lincoln MKC in a hurry.I contacted all tire shops in Milton, and none could get me tires until next week. I contacted Kristen Bettio at Milton Ford Lincoln , and let her know what my dilemma was. She quickly and efficiently was able to not only get the tires I was requesting, but to have them installed on the same day . This dealership is the best of the best. I am an extremely picky individual ,and Milton Ford Lincoln went above and beyond. After the work was complete, my vehicle was cleaned complimentary bottle of Lincoln branded water in my cup holder along with hand sanitizer. That's the Lincoln experience. One last thing, I had swirl marks on the hood of my black MKC, and to my surprise they actually remove them for me at no charge! Kristen Bettio is the best service advisor that I have ever met and have the pleasure of working with.

From start to finish Cory’s service was truly impeccable. His attention to detail, patience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help did not go unnoticed. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and he always made the experience feel effortless and stress-free.

When I went to this dealership they treated me well. It's difficult for me drop off my vehicle and stay and wait as I had to be at another location. They were kind enough to give me a courtesy vehicle so I can get to where I needed to go. They fixed the car with no issues. They always treat me well when I go to this vehicle.

100% recommend Rohan. He is amazing. And Richard needs to pick up his phone!

Customer Review – Ford Milton, Ontario My husband recently purchased his first brand‑new vehicle in over 50 years, and the experience at Ford Milton was exceptional from start to finish. He has been going to this dealership for many years for business vehicles, but this was the first time buying one for himself — and the team truly made it memorable. Our sales representative, Graham McTavish, was outstanding. He was patient, understanding, and genuinely committed to making sure every detail of the truck was perfect. No matter how small the concern, Graham made sure it was addressed. His professionalism and care gave my husband the confidence and comfort he needed during such an important purchase. When Graham was away on holidays, Cory Bahr stepped in seamlessly. Cory took the time to explain and teach us all the new technology — and with everything being computerized now, his guidance was invaluable. He made sure we understood how everything worked and never rushed us. Overall, the customer service at Ford Milton continues to stand strong, just as it has for many years in our community. My husband has always believed in the quality of Ford vehicles, and this experience reaffirmed why he keeps returning. The team’s dedication, knowledge, and genuine care made this milestone purchase truly special. We are grateful for the excellent service and highly recommend Ford Milton to anyone looking for a dealership that truly puts customers first, the two sales rep Graham and Cory. Thank you both Ann Marie

Very professional service, friendly staff and the work was done quickly. Thank you.

It only took one phone call to have my recalls scheduled for completion. Where as other dealers I was up to my 3rd call and waiting for a call back. Service was done quickly, my truck was clean when I got it back. The parking was great. I will go to Milton Ford again.
