Zoe (Sales) was professional, patient, thorough, and timely in our interactions and negotiations. She never tried to over sell me on options/trim and adhered to what I wanted in a vehicle. Erick (Finance Manager) was detail-oriented, approachable, and relatable in our dealings. He took a non-pushy approach when presenting options and listened to what was important to me as customer. Luke, the General Manager, was efficient and professional in coming up with a resolution to a factory issue with the vehicle. He never made any excuse nor tried to convince me otherwise. Thank you, Milton Ford Lincoln, for a stress- and pressure-free experience.

Anil Chopra and Rohan Chopra at Milton Ford Lincoln treated me like family and made my buying experience a pleasure. I came from owning several Mercedes vehicles and I can say that I don’t plan on going back to a Mercedes. The treatment I experienced and the vehicle I purchased was so great I will definitely purchase from them again as well as refer any friends and family because I can trust that they will be treated right.

Fantastic service from Eddie and the team! I recently brought my vehicle in for service at Milton Ford, and Eddie Fasulo made the entire experience seamless. From the moment I dropped off my car, Eddie was professional, transparent, and incredibly communicative. He clearly explained the work that needed to be done and kept me updated every step of the way. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine and reliable. Thank you, Eddie, for going above and beyond—I will definitely be coming back!

Feedback for Outstanding Service – Ford Milton In all my years of purchasing automobiles, the only other time I can recall receiving this level of personal attention and service was when I purchased a Bentley. For a Ford dealership to deliver an experience comparable to that is, in my view, a remarkable compliment to Fadi and the entire Ford Milton team. My experience has given me considerable confidence in Ford Milton. As a direct result, I have introduced our CEO to the dealership, with the intention of gradually transitioning our corporate vehicle fleet to Ford Milton. Fadi is an outstanding ambassador for Ford Milton. His professionalism, product knowledge, courtesy and genuine commitment to customer service deserve special recognition.

I have been too many car dealerships in my life, but never received such tremendously outstanding customer service as I have at Milton Ford. I needed tires on my Lincoln MKC in a hurry.I contacted all tire shops in Milton, and none could get me tires until next week. I contacted Kristen Bettio at Milton Ford Lincoln , and let her know what my dilemma was. She quickly and efficiently was able to not only get the tires I was requesting, but to have them installed on the same day . This dealership is the best of the best. I am an extremely picky individual ,and Milton Ford Lincoln went above and beyond. After the work was complete, my vehicle was cleaned complimentary bottle of Lincoln branded water in my cup holder along with hand sanitizer. That's the Lincoln experience. One last thing, I had swirl marks on the hood of my black MKC, and to my surprise they actually remove them for me at no charge! Kristen Bettio is the best service advisor that I have ever met and have the pleasure of working with.
